Hourly Consultation

On-demand advisory for questions, strategy sessions, or out-of-scope work. Research billed at $125/hour. Pre-approval required before commencement.

On Pricing: Engagement pricing is not listed here intentionally. Every client situation is different — your capital, timeline, markets, and goals determine what the right engagement looks like. Entry-level options are available across all tiers. Pricing is discussed and confirmed in a written proposal following your discovery call.

Ohio and Delaware services are strictly advisory and analytical — no brokerage activity is performed in unlicensed states. All fees confirmed in a written proposal prior to engagement. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.
